Easy crochet baby flat booties 12-24 months/crochet baby flat shoes

Today we are making new stylish Baby flat booties Shoes pattern .this shoes crocheted for baby sizes from 0-3 months to 2 years in the pattern below we explain more sizes, we mention about for all sizes also in my video tutorial watch full video in details.

The pattern we created  my own new ideas for those who want to learn and share for those beginner crocheter who want to learning and making things in home for their babies. i hope you would like and follow more easily the Baby Crochet pattern in all sizes as you want to make for baby. 

This is a pair of baby cutest shoes/booties. It is a small sizes booties from 0-3 months to 2 years; I have more and made cute Baby boy shoes for 9-12 months baby size.  we used double knit #4 ply wool with 3.5(E) hook,  some friends wanted to explanation about the yarn whenever I used in my pattern and about the hook sizes,  easy to change in other sizes, I always try to explain about the gauge in my pattern to the stitches and Rows that you can easy to learn and follow the pattern.

before starting the pattern first see the abbreviations and then follow the booties pattern, you would like my others Led Sneakers pattern to the same video tutorial, When you working in the front, first put the stitch marker or pin it the stitches, and then start in one side to the other. When you completing the front don’t remove the stitch marker and then starting work into the back side.

Gauge: 

1-2 years Sole size = 5 inches/ 13cm   

4 dc x 2 Rows = 1 inch with 3.5 mm (E) hook size

Size: 12-24 months baby 

Item to be need:

Two colors double knit #4 ply wool (16-20 stitches = 4 inches)

Crochet needle

hook sizes 3.5mm (E)

US Terms ABBREVIATIONS:

c.          Crochet

ch.        Chain

Please Note:

follow size changing chart:

0-3 months: chains 11/ Size of sole length 3.5 inches/ 9 cm

3-6 months: chains 12/ Size of sole length 4 inches/ 10 cm

6-12 months: chains 13/ Size of sole length 4.5 inches/ 11 cm

12-24 months: chains 14/ Size of sole length 5 inches/ 13 cm

Color A:

12-24 months Make chains 14,

Round1- 3 hdc into 2^nd ch from the hook, 1 hdc in each next 11 chains, 5 hdc into last ch,

Work into opposite side, make 1 hdc in each next 11 sts, 2 hdc into last st, do slip st to join

Into 1^st hdc. (32 hdc)

Round2- ch2 we count dc, 1 dc into same st, 2 dc in each next 2 sts, 1 dc in each next 11 sts,

2dc in each st into 5 dc group, work into opposite side, make 1 dc in each next 11 sts, 2 dc

In each last 2 sts, do slip st to join into beginning ch2. (42 dc)

Round3- ch1 not count, sc into same st, 2 sc into next st, repeat 2 more times (1 sc next st,

2 sc into next st), 1 sc in each next 6 sts, hdc in each next 5 sts, repeat 5 times into corner 5 sts 

group(1 hdc next st,2 hdc into next st), work into opposite side, 1 hdc in each next 5 sts, sc in 

each next 6 sts, Repeat 2 times into last 4 sts( 1 sc next st, 2 sc into next st), 

slip st to join into sc st. (52 sts)

completed sole 12-24 months baby size - 5 inches/ 13 cm

Change color B:

start top booties.

Round1- ch2, 1 dc in each st into back loop around, do slip st into ch2. (52 dc)

Mark 24 stitches at front of the toe.

Round2- ch2 count dc, 1 dc in each next 13 sts, 2 dc together repeat 12 times in each next 24 sts

front of the toe, Then make 1 dc in each remains 14 sts, do slip st to join into ch2. (40 dc)

Change color.

Work: make 1 slip st in each st around both of the dc round 3 and round 4 

showing in the picture.

Mark 16 stitches at front of the toe.

Round3- ch2 count, 1 dc in each next 11 sts, 2 dc together repeat 8 times in each next 16 sts front

Of The toe, Then make 1 dc in each remains 12 sts, do slip st to join into ch2. (32 dc)

Round4- ch2 count,1 dc in each st around, do slip st to join into ch2. (32 dc)

Change color A:

Round5- ch1 not count, *make front post next dc, back post next dc*, repeat from * to * around,

Do slip st to join into front post. (32)
