Crochet Baby Cardigan Hooded Jacket with Baby Romper-Overall-Onesie

Hello Friends and Followers! Today topic is my new project for winter crochet Baby Hooded Cardigan Coat with Romper/overlall /onesie, we have done new design for fall and winter season completed baby set, include Hoodie Jacket with overall/onesie and shoes, explain in details in the pattern below links we added,showing with the  same video tutorial. you can be easily to change for all sizes as you want to make for babies. you can make it in different colors according to your choice larger or smaller. we explain below in my pattern for all sizes as you want make, we mention about for all sizes in my video tutorial to give you most easier to understand the pattern.

instrutions: We use DK weight wool 4ply with 4mm(G-6) crochet hook for this baby full set, Size of the baby suit we mention below in the pattern. we add simple stitch for the pattern, it’s very easy to start, we mention below about all sizes, next Project will come another super baby patterns. so, you can follow my other crochet ideas we mention the links.

Item to be need:

Complete baby set we used 400 Grams #4 Medium Weight/DK Weight 4 Ply

Guage wool is (16-20 = 4 inches)

Hook size 4mm (G-6)

Size:      6-12 months

Pattern Gauge:  4 double crochet stitches x 2 Rows = 1 inch with Hook size 4mm (G-6)

coat jacket from top to bottom length: 12-13 inches/33 cm

chest size baby coat: 22 inches/56 cm

sleeve length from under arm to cuffs: 7-8 inches/18-20 cm

US Terms ABBREVIATIONS:

0-3 months: chains 46, divide for(8 front/ 7shoulder/ 16back/ 7shoulder/ 8 front)

3-6 months: chains 52, divide for(9 front/ 8 shoulder/ 18 back/ 8 shoulder/ 9 front)

6-12 months: chains 58, divide for(10 front/ 9 shoulder/ 20 back/ 9 shoulder/ 10 front)

12-24 months: chains 62, divide for(11 front/ 9 shoulder/ 22 back/ 9 shoulder/ 11 front)

Baby Hooded Cardigan Jacket 6-12 months size:

Make chains 58,

Row1- dc into 2^nd ch form the hook, make 1 dc in each next 8 chains(Front) 3 dc into next ch,

 make 1 dc in each next 8 chains(Shoulder),make 3 dc into next ch, make 1dc in each next 

19 chains (Back), make 3dc into next ch, make 1 dc in each next 8 chains(Shoulder), make 3dc

 into next ch, make 1 dc in each next 9 chains(Front), Turn. (65 dc)

Row 2- ch2 don’t count, dc in the next 10sts, 3dc in next st, dc in the next 10sts, 3dc in next st,

1 dc in the next 21sts, 3dc in next st, dc in the next 10sts, 3dc in next st, 1 dc in the next 10sts,

Turn.

Row3- ch2 don’t count, dc in the next 11sts, 3dc in next st, dc in the next 12sts, 3dc in next st,

(Back), skip next 28 sts for sleeve, make 1 dc in the next 20sts (Front), Turn. We have (81 dc)

Row12- ch2 don’t count, make dc in each 81 stitches, Turn.

Row13-20- Repeat Row 12 until work measurement approx 10 inches from Shoulder.

Row21- ch2 don’t count, dc into same st, *Front post dc into next dc, 1 dc into next st*,

Repeat From * to * across till end, turn. (81 stitches)

Row22- ch2 don’t count, make dc in each 81 stitches, turn.

Row23-24: Repeat Row 22.

Row25-  Repeat Row 21. Fasten off

Make Sleeves x 2:

Now start working around Armhole.

Row1- Right side facing of jacket, rejoin yarn into corner st, make ch2 don’t count, dc into same

St, make dc in each next 28sts around armhole, dc into next corner st,

slip st to join into beginning dc. (30 dc)

Row2- ch2 don’t count, dc into same st, *Front post dc into next dc, 1 dc into next st*,

Repeat From * to * around. (30 stitches)

Row3- ch2 don’t count, make dc in each 30 sts around, slip st into beginning dc, (30dc)

Row4-5: Repeat Row 3 of sleeve.

Row6-    Repeat Row 2 of sleeve.

Row7-9: Repeat Row 3 of sleeve.

Row10- Repeat Row 2 of sleeve.

Row11-12: Repeat Row 3 of sleeve.

Row13- ch2 don’t count, make *dc 2 together, 1 dc next st*, repeat * to * around,

Do slip st to join into beginning dc.

Row14- ch2 don’t count, dc into same st, *Front post dc into next dc, 1 dc into next st*,

Repeat From * to * around. Fasten off

Measurement approx 7 inches/18 cm from underarm

Make hood of jacket:

Row1- right side facing out of jacket rejoin yarn into corner st of neck line first st,

Ch2 don’t count, make dc in each st around the neck line sts, turn.

Row2- ch2 don’t count, make dc in each st across, turn.

Row3-15: Repeat Row 2 Hood of jacket. Fasten off and sew.

Work: fold hood cap in half and into opposite side sew and join the hood sts together.

Make Front Border Band/Buttonhole Band:

Row1- opposite side facing of jacket and rejoin yarn into corner st into left  front, ch2, dc across into

Front of the edging, then across dc into hood of jacket, then across right front edging, turn.

Row2- ch2 don’t count, dc into same st, *Front post dc into next dc, 1 dc into next st*,

Repeat From * to * across the border band then across the hood, then across other side front

Button band. Fasten off

Finish: sew buttons 5 in the place of button band right or left for girls and boys.
