Crochet Baby Cardigan Collar Jacket with Romper Easy Completed Winter Woolen Set

Today topic is my new project for winter crochet baby collar cardigan jacket with Romper/overlall,hat and shoes, we have completed full tutorial step bay step.we have done and completed 6-12 months sizes new design for cold winter season baby set, include collar Jacket with overall/onesie, hat and shoes, explain in details in the pattern below links we added,showing with the  same video tutorial. you can be easily to change for all sizes as you want to make for babies. you can make it in different colors according to your choice larger or smaller. we explain below in my pattern for all sizes as you want make, we mention about for all sizes in my video tutorial to give you most easier to understand the pattern. watch video tutorial Baby collar cardigan jacket

instrutions: We use #3 DK weight Light wool 3ply with 3.5mm(E-4) crochet hook for this baby full set, Size of the baby suit we mention below in the pattern. we add simple stitch for the pattern, it’s very easy to start, we mention below about all sizes, next Project will come another super baby patterns. so, you can follow my other crochet ideas we mention the links.

Item to be need:

Complete baby set we used 350 Grams #3 Light Weight/DK Weight 3 Ply

Guage wool is (5 double crochet x 2.5 Rows  =1 inches)

Hook size 3.5mm OR (E-4)

Size:      6-12 months

Pattern Gauge:  5 double crochet stitches x 2.5 Rows = 1 inch with Hook size 3.5mm (E-4)

coat jacket from top to bottom length: 13 inches/33-34 cm

chest size baby coat: 21-22 inches/54-56 cm

sleeve length from under arm to cuffs: 8 inches/20 cm

US Terms ABBREVIATIONS:

c.          Crochet

ch.        Chain

sc         Single crochet

hdc       Half double crochet

please notice: you can use any of wool and any of hook size. but we mention about little

 measurement for the sizes.

follow size chart for changing baby coat jacket:

0-3 months:   chains 46, divide for(8 front/ 7shoulder/ 16back/ 7shoulder/ 8 front)

3-6 months:   chains 52, divide for(9 front/ 8 shoulder/ 18 back/ 8 shoulder/ 9 front)

6-12 months: chains 60, divide for(10 front/ 10 shoulder/ 20 back/ 10 shoulder/ 10 front)

1 - 2 yers:      chains 68, divide for(12 front/ 10 shoulder/ 24 back/ 10 shoulder/ 12 front)

3 - 5 years:    chains 80, divide for(14 front/ 12 shoulder/ 28 back/ 12 shoulder/ 14 front)

Collar Jacket 6-12 months sizes:

make chains 60.Divide in 4 parts (10 front/ 10 shoulder/ 20 back/ 10 shoulder/ 10 front)

Round1- dc into 2^nd ch from the hook, make dc in each next 8 ch(Front), make corner next

ch (1dc, ch1, 1dc), make dc in each next 9 ch (shoulder, make corner next ch (1dc, ch1, 1dc),

dc in each next 19 ch (Back), make corner next ch (1dc, ch1, 1dc),make dc in each next 9 ch

(shoulder), make corner next ch (1dc, ch1, 1dc),make dc in each next 9 ch(Front),Turn.

Round2- Increasing Row- ch2 don’t count, dc into back loop in each next 10 sts(Front), 

make corner into middle space of corner (1dc, ch1, 1dc), make dc into back loop in each 

next 11 sts(Shoulder), make corner into middle space of corner(1dc, ch1, 1dc),make dc into 

back loop in each next 21 sts (Back), make corner into middle space of corner (1dc, ch1, 1dc), 

make dc into back loop in each next 11 sts(Shoulder), make corner into middle space of corner

(1dc, ch1, 1dc), make dc into back loop in each next 10 sts (Front), Turn.

Round 3- 12- Repeat Round 2 increasing Row.

Round13- ch2 don’t count, make dc into back loop in each dc across to corner (Front), 

make corner into middle space of corner(2dc, ch1, 2dc),make dc into back loop in each dc across 

next corner(Shoulder), make corner into middle space of corner (2dc, ch1, 2dc),make dc into 

back loop in each dc across next corner (Back), make corner into middle space of corner

(2dc, ch1, 2dc),make dc into back loop in each dc across next corner (Shoulder), make 

corner into middle space of corner(2dc,ch1, 2dc),make dc into back loop in each dc across 

till end, Turn.

Now next Round we are joining front panel to back and skip the sleeves.

Measurement Approx. from Row1- Row 13 is 5.5 inches/13-14 cm

Measurement Chest of cardigan completed is 20 inches

Round14- ch2 don’t count, make dc into back loop in each 23 dc sts Front, make 2 dc into middle

Space of corner, leave/skip sleeves part, then join to next corner and make 2 dc into middle space

Of corner, then continue dc into back loop in each dc across back to next corner, make 2 dc into

Middle space of corner, leave/skip 2^nd sleeve, then join to next corner and make 2 dc into middle

Space of corner, then make dc into back loop in each dc across till end. turn.

We have Front and back= 101 dc

Body of Sweater:

Round1- ch2 don’t count, make dc into back loop in each dc across till end, turn work. (101 dc)

Round2-15- Repeat Round 1 of body sweater.

Measurement from shoulder – 12 inches. 30-32 cm

Make button Band Right Front:

Round1- rejoins yarn into corner, make hdc in each st edging front band across till end,

turn. (45 hdc)

Row2-3: ch1 don’t count,  hdc in each st across the band, turn, ((45 hdc). Fasten off

Make Buttonhole Band Left Front:

Row1- rejoins yarn into corner neck top to down, make hdc in each st edging front band across till

end, turn. (45 hdc)

Row2- ch1 don’t count, make hdc in each next 9 sts, *make ch1, skip next st for buttonhole, make

Hdc in each next 10 sts*, repeat from * to * across till end, at the end make hdc in each next 2 sts,

Turn work. We have 4 buttonholes in row 2.

Row3- ch1 don’t count, make hdc in each st across till end, (45 hdc). Fasten off

 Make border Band:

Row1- ch1 don’t count, make hdc in each st across bottom band from corner to corner, turn work.

Row2- ch1 don’t count, hdc into same st, *make front post dc into next st, back post dc into next 

st*, Repeat form * to * across till end, hdc into last st, turn work.

Change color:

Row3- ch1 don’t count, hdc into same st, *make front post into front post dc, back post next back

Post dc*, repeat from * to * across till end, hdc into last st. fasten off

Make sleeves:

Round1- under arm rejoin yarn into middle st, ch2, make dc together post of next dc, then make

Dc in each st around armhole dc sts, at the end make dc together post of dc, slip st to join

Into ch2. (dc 40)

Round2- ch2 don’t count, make dc in each next 40 dc sts around, do slip st into ch2. (dc 40)

Change color B:

Round3- ch1 don’t count, make sc in each st around, do slip st into ch1. (sc 40)

Change color A:

Round4-5: Repeat and follow Round 2 of sleeves. (dc 40)

Change color B:

Round6- Repeat and follow Round 3 of sleeves. (sc 40)

Change color A:

Round7-8: Repeat and follow Round 2 of sleeves. (dc 40)

Change color B:

Round9- Repeat and follow Round 3 of sleeves. (sc 40)

Change color A:

Round10-11: Repeat and follow Round 2 of sleeves (dc 40)

Change color B:

Round12- Repeat and follow Round 3 of sleeves. (sc 40)

Round22- ch2 don’t count, *2 dc together next 2 sts, 1 dc next st*, repeat from * to * around,

Do slip st into ch2. (dc 26)

Make Border Band Sleeve:

Row1- ch2 don’t count, make hdc around in each st, do slip st. (hdc 26)

Row2- ch2, *make front post next hdc, back post next hdc,* repeat form * to * around, do slip st.

Change color B:

Row3- ch2 don’t count, *make front post into front post, back post into back post*, repeat

From * to * around, do slip st. fasten off

Measurement from underarm is 8 inches/ 20 cm

Make collar of jacket:

Color B:

Row1- leave the button band sts, rejoin yarn into next st neck line, make ch1 don’t count,

Sc in each 60 sts neck line, turn work.

Change color A:

Row2- ch2 don’t count, make dc in each st across till end, turn work. (dc 60)

Row3- Repeat and follow Row 2 of collar.

Change color B:

Row4- ch1 don’t count sc in each st across till end, turn work. (sc 60)

Change color A:

Row5-6: Repeat and follow Row 2 of collar.

Change color B:

Row7- make sc around the collar. Fasten off.

Finishing: se buttons on the jacket. Weave all ends.
