For This gorgeous pattern we used DK
weight wool with 3.5mm hook size. You can easily to change the sizes as you

Start the Baby Ruffled Hat Pattern:
Chains 5, do slip stitch into 1st chain to make a small
circle.
Round1- Ch3 we count 1st dc, make 11 dc into circle, sl
st to join into 3rd ch.(12)
Round2- ch3, 1dc into same st, 2dc in each st around, sl st to join into
3rd ch.(24)
Round3. Ch3,*2 dc into next st, 1dc into next st*, repeat from * to *
around
Do sl st to join into 3dc ch (36)
Round4. Ch3, 1dc into next st *2 dc into next st, 1 dc in each next 2
sts*,repeat
From * to * around, sl st to join into 3rd ch (48)
Round5. Ch3, 1dc in each next 2 sts *2 dc into next st, 1 dc in each next 3 sts*,
repeat From * to * around, sl st to join into 3rd ch (60)
Round6. Ch3, 1dc in each next 3 sts *2 dc into next st, 1 dc in each next 4 sts*,

Measurement from top to bottom 18 rounds = 6 and ½ inches.
Make Ruffle of baby hat:
Change colour B:
Round1- ch3 we count 1st
dc, *make 2 dc into next st, 1 dc into next st*, repeat from * to *
Around, sl st to join into 3rd
ch.
Round2-3- do and follow the same
work as we done in Round1 of ruffle hat pattern.
Fasten off
Make Rose Flower:
Chains 33.
Round1- make dc into 5 ch from the
hook, *skip next 2 ch,s, make v st ( 1dc, ch2, 1dc) into
Next st*, repeat from * to *
across to end, turn work.(10 v st spaces)
Round2- into 1st v st
space make *( 1sc, 5 dc, 1sc)*, repeat * to * in each next 4 v st spaces,
Into next 6th v st
space make(1sc, 7dc, 1 sc) repeat the same work in each next 4 v st spaces,
Fasten off
Finishing: fold rose flower
around, then secure it into wrong side, then attach to the hat.
