Item to be need:

70-80 Grams Light DK Weight  #3 yarn (5 stitches and 2.5 Rows = 1 inches)

Crochet hook: 3.5mm(E) Hook size

 Size:   0-3 months/ 6-12 months/12-24 months & 2-4 years

Gauge: 5 Double crochet stitches x 2.5 Rows = 1 inch 

 Pattern for gauge:  

Length from shoulder = 8-9 inches/ 23-24 cm

Chest size = 22-24 inches

3- Size 2-4 years chains 112 divide in 4 parts

Crochet Lacy Top/Blouse Pattern:

Start with neckline:

12-24 months size make chains 112, make sure don't twist and slip st to join into 1st chain, 

Divide 112 stitches in 4 parts stitch mark (28 back/ 28 sleeves/ 28 front/28 for 2nd sleeve)

Round1- ch3 we count dc, dc into next st*(front), make corner next ch(1dc, ch2, 1dc),

make 1 dc in each next 2 ch, ch 2, skip next 2 ch, make sc into next ch, ch2, skip next 2 ch,

make shell 1 dc in each next 2 ch, ch2, 1dc in each next 2 ch, ch2, skip next 2 ch, make sc

into next ch, ch2, skip next 2 ch, make shell 1 dc in each next 2 ch, ch2, 1 dc in each next

2 ch, ch2, skip next 2 ch, make sc into next ch, ch2, 1 dc in each next 2 ch*, repeat from * to *

3 more times in the next 3 parts, at end of the round do slip st into beginning 3^rd ch.

Round2- ch3 we count dc, 1 dc in each next 2 dc sts, *(Front)make corner into next middle

Now stop the increasing for 12-24 months size, if you want to make large size so repeat and

 Follow the increasing as Round 4, Round5 & Round6.

Now in the next round 10 join front to back and leave the sleeves.

Round10- ch3 we count dc, 1 dc in each next 10 sts, make 2 dc into next middle of corner

 space, Make Chains 6, skip /leave the sleeve section, make 2 dc into next middle of corner

 space, then make 1 dc in each next 11 sts, make chains 5, make shell into next middle of shell
