This adorable easy baby ruffles hat design in new fashion, we have the pattern of baby beanie hat from 0-3 months to 5 years explain  all sizes in details in the pattern below and also explain in the video tutorial.

Item to be need:

70 Grams Double knit Wool Weight  #4 yarn (16-20 = 4 inches)

Crochet hook: 

0-3 months - (3.25 mm hook or US (D-3)

6-12 months- (3.5 mm hook or US (E-4)

12-24 months - (4mm hook or US(G-6)

toddler child sizes 1-5 years - 5 mm hook or (H-8)

Baby Hat Size:  12-24 months(1-2 years)

Gauge:  4 Double crochet stitches x 2 Rows = 1 inch with 4mm G-6 hook

US TERMS ABBREVIATIONS:

c.         crochet

ch.       chain

sc        single crochet

hdc      half double crochet

dc.       double crochet

sts.      stitches

st.        stitch

slst.     slip stitch

Special Stitch 1- (puff stitch -YO, insert hook in designated stitch, [yo and pull up a loop, insert hook into same Stitch] 3 times. YO and pull through all loops on hook, make ch 1 to close the puff).

2- v- stitch (make 2 double crochet into same stitch)

  Size:  12-24 months(1-2 years)

Make chains 5, do slip st into first ch make a small circle, or make magic circle.

Round1- ch1 not count, make 9 dc into circle, do slip st into 1^st dc. (9 dc)

Round2- ch1 not count, make 2 dc in each st around, do slip st into 1^st dc. (18 dc)

Round3- ch1, make puff stitch into same st(see special st), repeat puff st in each st around,

Do slip st to join  into 1^st puff st, we have 18 puffs.

Round4- make slip st into middle of 2 puffs, *make puff shell into middle of 2 puffs

( puff, ch1, puff), Make v-st into next middle of 2 puffs*, repeat from * to * around. 

Do slip st into 1^st puff st.

Round5- make slip st into middle of 2 puffs, *make puff shell into middle of 2 puffs

( puff, ch1, puff), Make 1 dc into next middle of space, back post in each next 

2 dc of v-st, make 1 dc into next middle Space*, repeat from * to * around, 

do slip st into 1^st puff st.

Round6- make slip st into middle of 2 puffs, *make puff shell into middle of 2 puffs

( puff, ch1, puff), Make 1 dc into next middle of space, back post in each next 

4 dc sts, make 1 dc into next middle Space*, repeat from * to * around, do slip st

into 1^st puff st.

Round7- make slip st into middle of 2 puffs, *make puff shell into middle of 2 puffs

( puff, ch1, puff), Make back post in each next 6 dc sts*, repeat from * to * around, 

do slip st into 1^st puff st.

Round8- 15: Repeat and follow pattern Round 7 of hat.

Measurement from top- 6 inches/16 cm

Make border band of hat:

Row1- *make v-st(dc, ch1, dc) into middle of puff space, skip next dc, make v-st(dc, ch1, dc)

Into next dc, skip next dc, make v-st(dc, ch1, dc) into next dc, skip next dc, make v-st

(dc, ch1, dc)*, Repeat from * to * around, do slip st into 1^st dc.

Make Ruffles:

Row2- make ch1, 4 dc into middle of ch1 into v-st space, 4 dc into next post of dc of v-st, *slip

St into next skipped st previous row, make 4 dc into post of dc of v-st, make 4 dc into next middle

Of v-st space, make 4 dc into post of next dc of v-st*, repeat from * to * around.

Do slip st into 1 st dc.  Fasten off and weave ends.
