Crochet Baby Beanie Cap Easy pattern with complet baby winter set

Hello Friends and Followers! Today topic is crochet Baby Beanie hat, we have done new design  for winter season complete baby set, include sweater with pants, shoes and hat explain in details in the pattern below links we added,show with the  same video tutorial. This simple and easy beanie cap Free Pattern with full set , you can be easily to change for all sizes as you want to make for babies. you can make it in different colors according to your choice larger or smaller. we explain below in my pattern for all sizes as you want make, we have added in my previous all post link below. we mention about for all sizes in my video tutorial to give you most easier to understand the pattern.

instrutions: We use DK weight wool 4ply with 4mm(G-6) crochet hook for this baby full set, Size of the baby suit we mention below in the pattern. we add simple stitch for the pattern, it’s very easy to start, we mention below about all sizes, next Project will come another super baby patterns. so, you can follow my other crochet ideas we mention the links.

please notice: you can use any of wool and any of hook size. but we mention about little

 measurement for the sizes to change Beanie hat starting Rib band sizes .

0-3 Months: 52 Rows = 13-14 inches (DK #4 Yarn with hook size 4mm (G-6)

3-6 Months: 56 Rows = 14-15 inches (DK #4 Yarn with hook size 4mm (G-6)

6-12 Months: 60 Rows = 15-16 inches (DK #4 Yarn with hook size 4mm (G-6) 

1- Child 2-5 years: 72 Rows = 18 inches (DK #4 Yarn with hook size 4mm (G-6)

Item to be need:

full baby set we used 400 Grams  Double Knit 4 Ply ( #4 yarn (16-20 = 4 inches)

Baby beanie hat and Booties 1 year sizes we will need 1 ball (each ball weight 80 grams) 

Hook size 4mm (G-6)

Size:      6-12 months

Gauge:  4 single crochet stitches x 4 Rows = 1 inch with Hook size 4mm (G-6)

 Pattern for gauge:  

size for 6-12 months:

length from top to bottom - 7 inches / 18 cm

circumference hat - 15-16 inches/ 38-40 cm

US TERMS ABBREVIATIONS:

c.         crochet

ch.       chain

sc        single crochet

hdc      half double crochet

dc.       double crochet

sts.      stitches

st.        stitch

slst.     slip stitch

Baby Beanie Hat size 6-12 months:

Make Border/Rib Band:

Make chains 7,

Gauge- 4 stitches x 4 rounds = 1 inch

Round1- sc into 2^nd ch from the hook, sc in each next 5 chains, turn work. (6 sc)

Round2- ch1 we count st, skip first sc, make 1 sc in each next 5 sts into back loop across,

Turn work. (6 sc)

Round3- 60: Repeat and follow Round 2 of rib band.

Measurement 60 rounds = 15 inches/38 cm.

For large sizes continue the pattern rib band and follow beanie hat sizes chart.

Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing. Sew the edges of your ribbing together, using the

Mattress stitch. Sew in your ends thoroughly.

Will work around edging of rib band.

Round1- right side facing out, make ch1 don’t count, make hdc in each row of sc in the edging 

rib band across till end, do slip st to join beginning ch, turn work. (hdc 60)

Round2- ch1 don’t count, make hdc in each hdc sts around, do slip st to join beginning ch,

turn work.(hdc 60)

Round3-10: Repeat and follow Round 2 of hat.

Measurement include rib band is – 5 inches/ 13 cm

Note: Repeat more rounds for large sizes hat.

Now we will go to decrease stitches.

Round11- ch1 don’t count, *make hdc 2 together next 2 sts, make 1 hdc in each next 5 sts*

Repeat from * to * around, do slip st to join beginning ch, turn work. (hdc 51)

Round12- ch1 don’t count, *make hdc 2 together next 2 sts, make 1 hdc in each next 4 sts*

Repeat from * to * around, do slip st to join beginning ch, turn work. (hdc 42)

Round13- ch1 don’t count, *make hdc 2 together next 2 sts, make 1 hdc in each next 3 sts*

Repeat from * to * around, do slip st to join beginning ch, turn work. (hdc 33)

Round14- ch1 don’t count, *make hdc 2 together next 2 sts, make 1 hdc in each next 2 sts*

Repeat from * to * around, do slip st to join beginning ch, turn work. (hdc 25)

Round15- ch1 don’t count, *make hdc 2 together next 2 sts, make 1 hdc in the next st*

Repeat from * to * around, do slip st to join beginning ch, turn work. (hdc 17)

Round16- ch1 don’t count, make hdc 2 together around, do slip st. (hdc 9)

Fasten off and cut long tail for sewing.

Sewing- sew and close top of the hat, use needle for sewing use whip st for sewing.

Close top of hat and sew pom pom on top of hat.
