Welcome to my new and adorable baby hoodie Cabled crochet cardigan design. This is a small 3-6 months baby cardigan jacket made for the clod season, it protect and warm the little ones. Today I sharing for you don’t forget this simple idea and check out for the little ones, and protect him and her for the cold and spring.

Instructions:  I am using one of the boy color brown, you also choose for another different boy colors as your own choice and make this baby sweater for your loving children or gifted to friends. this simple and beginner cable jacket can be easily adjust in many of the other sizes large and more large sizes, but you have to notice when you making a large size you have to make the starting chains in the desire size and then work in the body, I think you understand .if you are the beginner and want to make the same size, try to this simple and easy instructions.

I added a half double crochet and cable stitch in this baby hooded jacket/cardigan .it’s a lovely and thick stitch for the babies’ item, I give the simple and easy idea for the cable to made the same video. If you have a problem to understanding the pattern you can see the videos.

Wool: Brown 250 grams (Light DK weight acrylic yarn 3 ply 20 sts = 4 inch)

Crochet hook. 3mm/D-3 OR 3.5 mm (E-4)

Gauge:   6 half double crochet  x 4 Rows = 1 inch

chest size: 3-6 months 20 inches

Length: from shoulder to bottom. 11 inches (including Rib)

Sleeve length: from shoulder to cuff. 9 inch (including Rib)

Sewing:   First sew shoulder seems together in wrong side, use slst in each st across.

Attach the sleeves to the cardigan sweater, use crochet needle and yarn for sewing, then sew the
sides Starting with the cuffs sew to the end, use crochet needle and yarn for sewing the sides.

Make front bands:

Work:     join yarn into the corner end, ch2, dc in each st along the front band, turn.

Next round:     ch2,* Fp dc in next st, Bp dc in next st*, rpt * to* across, hdc in last st, turn.

Repeat 1 more round. Fasten off

Make hoodie:

Finishing:    sew 4 or 5 small buttons on the  jacket front band .weave all ends.
