Crochet gajray/Hand scrunches:
Hello everyone! Today I will teach you some beautiful pattern like gajra, scrunches with jasmine crochet flowers and rose pattern, like the pattern as we work garland,These oversized accessories are colorful, fun, I have a super simple Crochet Scrunches we its gajray version here for you! You will need any of wool double knit medium weight or other you have for both pattern gajray, its can be easily to change any other sizes smaller or baggers’ like it so much beautiful gajray.
One thing i will share about jasmine gajray with roses, we all wear for special occasion, like ‘Eid, wedding and special movement. yong girls, ladies and bride spicial wearing Gara in hand for all special occasions, they all like so much to wear, i like it so much to make it looking like realty of jamine flowers in the gardon.

Item to be need:
White color 80 Grams #4 Medium Weight/DK Weight 4 Ply
Red color 80 Grams #4 Medium Weight/DK Weight 4 Ply
Guage wool - 4 double crochet = 1 inch
Hook size 3.5mm(E-4)
c. crochet
ch. chain
sc single crochet
hdc half double crochet
dc. double crochet
sts. stitches
st. stitch
slst. slip stitch

Make Jasmine Flowers:
Note: A Popcorn Stitch is
basically 5 dc’s into the same stitch/space.
The “Popcorn” is formed by pulling the top of the last dc through the
top of the first dc. Popcorn Stitches
can also be made with 3, 4, 6, or 7 stitches, depending on how skinny or
‘puffy’ you want them to be.
Special ST- Popcorn Stitch *(chain 2 we count, make 3 double crochet into same
space. Remove your hook from the last stitch and insert it into the top of the
beginning ch-2. Insert your hook into
the last stitch and Pull the last stitch through the top of the ch-2. Make Ch 1
to close the Popcorn*
Work: Make a magic circle, now working in the circle,*make chain 2, make Popcorn ST(see Special St), then make again chain 2, and then slip stitch into same circle*, Repeat from * to* 5 more times, then slip st to finish the jasmine flower. Hide the tails wrong side of flower. (We have 6 Pop Corns in the circle.
Make Rose Flower:
Work: make chains 32, dc into 4th ch from the
hook,*skip next chain, make v-stitch(dc, ch2, dc) in next chain*, Repeat from *
to * across till end. Now we have 14 v-stitches, Turn.
Now working into v-st
space, make a sc into st, * 4dc into v-st space, make sc into middle of 2
v-stitches*, repeat from * to * 4 more times, then work into next v-st space, [*make
5 dc into v-st space, make sc into next middle of 2 v-stitches, Repeat from [*
across till end. Slip st to finish off the rose flower. We have 5 petals with 4
double crochet, and 9 petals with 5 double crochet.
Fasten off and fold
petals from smaller to bigger around, with tapestry needle finish off in the
wrong side of rose.
Finishing Gajra/Scrunches with Rose and jasmine
flowers
For Rose Flower Gajra/Scrunches we will need 16 jasmine flowers.
Work:
take 3 inches long piece of yarn, fold in half and use tapestry needle, then
insert 8 jasmine flowers in the piece of yarn right side facing out, and then
insert the rose flower, then insert 8 more jasmine flowers, then knot piece of
yarn together and hide the tails.
Note:
For bigger sizes: take the size of piece of yarn with yours hand, and
insert jasmine flowers 9 or 10 before and after the rose flower. Then finish
off.
For smaller sizes: take the size of piece of yarn with yours hand, and
insert jasmine flowers 7 before and after the rose flower. Then finish off
Finishing Gajra/Scrunches with jasmine flowers:
Work:
make jasmine flowers 14 in white color and 6 in Red, then finish the same way as
showing in the picture we tik marked.
