Materials Needed

Soft acrylic Light Weight Yarn, cotton, or baby yarn (400 grams #3 DK Weight OR Light Weight 3 ply(5 stitches= 1 inch)

Guage: 3 Ply Light Weight wool is guage (5 single crochet x 5 Rows =1") with (3.5 mm /E-4)

or use crochet hook suitable for your yarn

Scissors

Finished Blanket Size

Length 36” x Width 30”


Free Pattern Crochet Blanket:

Now Start from Ribbing or make chains multiple 6 + 6 + 6..... +2:

Ribbing:

Make chains 11,

Row1- Make a sc into 2nd ch from the hook, sc in each ch across, turn. (sc 10)

Row2- ch1 count as sc, sc into back loop only in each next 9 sts, turn. (sc 10)

Row3-158: Repeat and follow Ribbing Row 2.

(156 Rows is Multiple of 6 stitches pattern + 2 Rows).

Measure Approx. Ribbing 158 Rows= 30”/ 76cm

Note: you can add or remove rows of ribbing to reach your desired sizes of blanket.


Start the pattern body of blanket:

Wrong side: ch1 don’t count, make a sc each row of ribbing across the edging till end,

turn. (sc 158)

Row1- Right side, ch2 don’t count, dc into same st,* make1 dc in each next

5 sts, ch1, skip a st*, Repeat from * to * across till end, at the end make dc into last st,

turn work. We have 26 groups pattern + 2 dc)

Row2- Wrong side: ch1 not count, sc into same st, ch1, skip a ch1, *make1 sc

in each 5 dc sts, ch1, skip ch 1*, Repeat from * to * across to end, at the end make ch1,

sc into last dc st, turn work. (26 group’s pattern + 2 sc)

Row3- Right side: ch2 don’t count, make dc into same st, ch1, skip a ch, *make treble 

crochet front post into middle dc st one step down in the 5 dc group, make 1dc in each 

middle 3 sc sts in the previous row, make again treble crochet front post into same middle 

dc st one step down as we worked before, ch1, skip a ch*, repeat from * to * across till end,

at the end make ch1, skip a ch, 1 dc into last st, turn work. (26 group’s pattern + 2 dc)

Row4- Wrong side: ch1 not count, sc into same st, ch1, skip ch1, *make1 sc

in each 5 sts in the group, ch1, skip ch 1*, Repeat from * to * across to end, at the end

make ch1,sc into last st, turn work. (26 group’s pattern + 2 sc)

Row5- Right side: ch2 don’t count, make dc into same st, ch1, skip a ch, *make 

treble crochet front post into middle dc st one step down in the 3 dc group, make 1dc in 

each middle 3 sc sts in the previous row, make again treble crochet front post into 

same middle dc st  one step down as we worked before, ch1, skip a ch*, repeat 

from * to * across till end, at the end make ch1, skip a ch, 1 dc into last st, 

turn work. (26 group’s pattern + 2 dc)

From Row6 : Repeat Pattern Row 4 and Pattern Row 5 of blanket.

Measure Approx. include ribbing band length is 34” inches/ 86 cm

Continue repeating the pattern rows until your blanket reaches length you need.

Make Ribbing:

now working in the width ribbing of blanket.

Row1- Right side facing, Rejoin yarn in the corner st, make chains 11, for ribbing

band, make sc into 2nd ch from the hook, make sc in each next 9 chains, now we

have 10 sc, Do slip st in each next 2 sts in the blanket last row, turn work, (sc 10)

Row2- skip the 2 sl st, sc into back loop only in the next 10 sts, (10 sc), make ch1 

and turn work.

Row3- ch1 count as sc, sc in each next 9 sc into back loop only, (10 sc) attach the 

row of your ribbing to the blanket last row stitches by making a sl st into the next 2

stitches.Turn your work. (10 sc)

From Row4: Repeat and follow Row 2 & Row 3 of ribbing (sc 10 sts)

Follow the same ribbing both of sides in length. Fasten off

Or follow other ribbing pattern as you work easy to finish.

today we are making and share crochet ladies Beautiful cardigan with ribbing, new pattern most pupolar in the beautiful crochet ladies Sweaters/ ladies top/ ladies shawl/ ladies wrap shawl, its simple but different pattern like so much to addd in the ladies crochet items,i hope you would like and appreciate. you can easily to change in any other sizes as you want to make, we will explain all sizes guide below about larger or smaller, you can also easy to make the pattern like baby dresses, baby sweaters, woman sweaters, girls wrap shawl, girls ladies jacket, ladies cardigan sweaters.
this gorgeous crochet ladies jacket design i have done for ladies with chest sizes, you can be easily to make other sizes larger or smaller use any of wool soft acrylic or medium weight for winter, we will explain about the sizes follow size chart below.


One thing about this pattern is that you can customize it in lager or smaller only add or remove ribbing rows . You can choose any of color wool according to yours taste, I used #3 yarn light weight with 3.5 mm (E-4) crochet hook. Very easy to follow the pattern you can make that in different sizes, we mention in the pattern below. I hope you would like also the same pattern of designed crocheted cardigan ladies jacket.

 Wool: 350-400 grams Hot Pink #3 Light weight acrylic which is -5 double crochet = 1 inch with crochet hook 3.5 mm/E-4

Gauge:  5 double crochet x 5 Rows = 1 inch/ 3cm

Size:  X-Small 32-34 

Length from shoulder: 16" /40-42 cm

Sleeve Length from unerarm: 15" / 38 cm

The crochet abbreviation for a front post puff stitch can be written as "FPpuff", "Fpuff".

Front Post Puff Stitch – Step By Step

The stitch is worked in the front post of double crochet stitch, for this tutorial we 

are working around the front post of a double crochet stitch.

Step 1 - Yarn over hook.

Step 2 - Insert your hook from right to left around the post of the stitch (going 

from front to back and then back to front).

Step 3 - Yarn over hook.

Step 4 - Pull through a loop. You will have three loops on the hook.

Step 5 - Yarn over hook.

Step 6 – again insert your hook from right to left around the post of the stitch 

(going from front to back and then back to front).

Step 7 - Yarn over hook.

Step 8 - Pull through a loop. You will have five loops on the hook.

Step 9 - Yarn over hook.

Step 10 - Pull yarn through four loops on the hook. You will have two loops on the hook.

Step 11 - Yarn over hook.

Step 12 - Pull yarn through two loops on the hook. You will have one loop on the hook.

Now you have completed a front post puff stitch!


Now Start from Ribbing or make chains multiple of 2 odd numbers:

Ribbing:

Make chains 9,

Row1- Make a sc into 2nd ch from the hook, sc in each ch across, turn. (sc 8)

Row2- ch1 count as sc, sc into back loop only in each next 7 sts, turn. (sc 8)

Row3-105: Repeat and follow Ribbing Row 2.

Measure Approx. Ribbing 105 Rows= 25.5”- 26” / 64-66 cm

Note: you can add or remove rows of ribbing to reach your desired sizes of blanket.

Pattern Row1- wrong side, ch2 don’t count, make dc in each st across till end,

turn. (dc 105)

Pattern Row2- Right side: ch2 don’t count, make dc into same st, *make

FPpuff st (see special stitch & stitch abbreviation) in next st, make dc in next st*,

repeat from * to * across till end, make dc into last st, turn. (105 stitches)

From Row3: Repeat Pattern Row1 and Pattern Row 2 of blanket.

Measure Approx. include ribbing band length is 34” inches/ 86cm

Continue repeating the pattern rows until your blanket reaches the width and 

length you need.

Follow the same ribbing both of sides in length. Fasten off


Finishing: you can add more pattern for edging around the blanket. 

finish the blanket edging with buttons. fasten off weave in ends.
