Chunky Ladies Cardigan Easy Sweater Winter

today we are going to share crochet ladies buttoned cardigan jacket, share and make new pattern with beautiful crochet pattern for ladies Sweaters/ ladies top/ ladies shawl/  ladies wrap shawl, its simple and easy pattern i hope you would like and appreciate. you can easily to change the sizes as you want to make we explain all sizes below about larger or smaller, you can also add the pattern like baby dresses, baby sweaters, woman sweaters, girls wrap shawl, girls ladies jacket, ladies cardigan sweaters.

Items to be need:

 350 grams #3 Light DK weight (3ply wool- 5 double crochet = 1 inch)

 Crochet hook size: 3.5 mm (E)

 Size:  Ladies Large sizes 40-42 chest 

Gauge:  5 dc x 2.5 Rows = 1 inch

Large sizes jacket Length from shoulder: 25 inches/64 cm

Chest size around: 40-42 inches

Small size 34-36 chest:  Fronts + Back= 188 chains

Medium size 38-40 chest:  Fronts + Back= 206 chains

Large size 40-42 chest:  Fronts + Back= 224 chains

X Large size 42-44 chest:  Fronts + Back= 246 chains

Pattern Ladies Large sizes 40-42 chest 

stitch pattern [make front post double crochet 2 together in the dc stitch,

back post double Crochet in the next dc]

Pattern for Large size 40-42 chest:  Fronts + Back= 224 chains

Round1- make dc into 4th ch from the hook, dc in each ch across till end, turn. (dc 222)

Round2- ch3 count dc, dc in each next 4 sts, *ch1, skip next st, dc in each next 5 sts*,

Repeat from * to * across till end, turn. We have 37 groups.

Round3- ch3 count dc, dc in each next 4 sts, *ch1, [make Front post 2 together next dc,

back post in the next dc], repeat pattern next group 5 dc*, repeat from * to * across

till end, at the last group make dc in each 5 dc sts, turn work. We have 37 groups.

Round4- ch3 count dc, dc in each next 4 sts, *ch1, make dc in each next 5 sts*, Repeat

from * to * across till end, turn. We have 37 groups.

Round 5- 40: Repeat and Follow Round 3 & Round 4.

Measurement form bottom to top 16 inches/ 41 cm

Now next round divide groups for back panel and both fronts neck and shoulders.

Front 8, skip 3 for armhole, back 15, skip next 3 for armhole, 8 for second front.

Make left front neck and shoulder:

Now divide and work in the 8 groups of pattern for left front.

 Round1- ch3 count dc, dc in each next 4 sts, ch1, skip next dc, repeat pattern 2 times

Next 4 dc [front post dc 2 together next dc, back post next dc],*ch1, dc in each next 5 sts,ch1,

Repeat pattern from [ to ] next group 5 dc*, repeat from * to * across, dc in the last ch,

Leave next 29 groups of pattern jacket and turn.

Front We have 8 groups.

Round2- ch3 count dc, dc 2 together next 2 sts, 1 dc in each next 3 sts,*ch1, dc in each

Next 5 sts*, repeat from * to * 4 more times, decrease in the next group, make dc in each

Next 2 sts, make dc 2 together next 2 sts, ch1, make dc in each last 5 dc sts, turn work.

We have 8 groups.

Round3- ch3 count dc, dc in each next 4 sts, ch1, skip next dc, repeat pattern 1 time

Next 2 dc [front post dc 2 together next dc, back post next dc],*ch1, dc in each next 5 sts,ch1

Repeat pattern from [ to ] next group 5 dc*, repeat from * to * across in the next 3 groups,

At the last group decrease repeat pattern make front post dc 2 together next dc, back post next dc,

Front post dc 2 together next dc, make dc in the last st, turn work. We have 8 groups.

Round4- ch3 count dc, dc 2 together next 2 sts, 1 dc next st,*ch1, dc in each next 5 sts*, repeat

from * to * 4 more times, decrease in the next group, make dc 2 together next 2 sts, ch1,

make dc in each last 5 dc sts, turn work. We have 8 groups.

Round5- ch3 count dc, dc in each next 4 sts, ch1, skip next group, *dc in each next 5 sts,

We have 5 groups.

Round12- ch3 count dc, dc in each next 4 sts, *ch1, make dc in each next 5 sts*, Repeat

from * to * across till end, turn. We have 5 groups.

Round 13-21: Repeat and Follow Round 11 & Round 12 left front.

Measurement form division armhole- 8-9 inches/ 22 cm

Back Panel shoulder:

Round1- skip next 3 groups pattern, rejoin yarn next st,ch3 count dc, *ch1, repeat pattern next

group 5 dc [make Front post 2 together next dc, back post in the next dc], ch1, dc in each next

5 dc next group*, repeat from * to * across till end, at the end make dc into marked st, turn work.

 We have 15 groups back panel.

Round2- ch3 count dc, decrease make 2 dc together, 1 dc in each next 3 sts, *ch1, dc in each 

next 5 sts next group*, repeat from * to * across, at the end last group, make dc in each 3 sts, 

decrease make 2 dc together, dc top of 3rd ch, turn. 15 groups

Round3- ch3 count dc, skip next dc, [make Front post 2 together next dc, back post in the

next dc],Front post 2 together next dc, *ch1, dc in each next 5 sts next group, repeat pattern next

group 5 dc [make Front post 2 together next dc, back post in the next dc]*,repeat form * to * 

across, At the last group [make Front post 2 together next dc, back post in the next dc], Front post 

2 together next dc, dc top of 3rd ch, turn. 15 groups.

Round4- ch3 count dc, decreases make 2 dc together, 1 dc in next st, *ch1, dc in each next 5 sts 

next group*, repeat from * to * across, at the end last group, make dc in next st, decrease make 

2 dc together, dc top of 3rd ch, turn. 15 groups.

Round5- ch3 count dc, skip next dc, [make Front post 2 together next dc], *ch1, dc in each next

5 sts next group, repeat pattern next group 5 dc [make Front post 2 together next dc, back post in

 the next dc]*,repeat form * to * across, at the last group [make Front post 2 together next dc],

 dc top of 3rd ch, turn. 15 groups.

Round6- ch3 count dc, decreases make 2 dc together, 1 dc in next 4 sts, *ch1, dc in each next

5 sts next group*, repeat from * to * across, at the end last group, make dc in next 4 sts, decrease

make 2 dc together, turn. Now we have 13 groups.

Round7- ch3 count dc, dc in each next 4 sts, *ch1, [make Front post 2 together next dc, back post

 in the next dc], repeat pattern next group 5 dc*, repeat from * to * across till end, at the last group

 make dc in each 5 dc sts, turn work. We have 13 groups.

Round8- ch3 count dc, dc in each next 4 sts, *ch1, make dc in each next 5 sts*, Repeat from * to *

across till end, turn. We have 13 groups.

Round 9-21: Repeat and Follow Round 7 & Round 8 back panel shoulder.

Measurement form division armhole- 8-9 inches/ 22 cm. fasten off

Make Right front neck and shoulder:

skip next 3 groups for 2nd armhole, and work in then next 8 groups for right front panel neck and 

shoulders, make right front panel work and follow same decreasing as we have Done in the left front.

Make lace armhole and bottom edging border:

Work: first sew and join shoulders seems together front panel to back, then start

Work around armhole, rejoin yarn in the underarm middle st, ch1, and make 94 sc around

Armhole edging, slip st.

Next row lace edging: ch1, *sc, ch1, dc into same st, ch2, make puff post of dc repeat

3 times*, repeat from * to * around armhole. Fasten off. Follow same pattern for edging

Bottom border. Fasten off

Finishing: make sc across front button edging, and sew buttons.
