I give you easy instructions for crochet baby flap sandals only
for 0-3 months’ choose two any colors yarn (light baby DK weight) and use the
same crochet hook. I think every color is perfect match for these small items.

Two colors baby DK weight yarn 4 ply (20 stitches = 4
inches)
Crochet hook size 3.00 mm
2 small piece of greeting card for the sole
Crochet needle
2 small buttons
Size: 0-3 month’s baby
Gauge: 5 hdc x 4 row = 1 inch

Join two soles
together:
Sewing: sew 2 soles together right side facing out,
do a slst in each st around the sole, leave
a small opening, insert a small piece of greeting card into center
of the 2 soles, do
a slst to the end. Fasten off

Make strap for the
front flap:

in each st opposite side across. Fasten off.
Sewing: Insert the strap into both of the front flaps,
and then join the opening into wrong side,
Then right side facing out, Leave top opening for button
strap, sew some of the sts on both

Make button strap for right sandal:
Work: working from left to right.
Round1: join
yarn into 7th row into back side flap from the left, ch1, sc in same
st, sc in
next 2 sts, turn. (3)
Round2-17: sc in same st, sc in next 2 sts, turn. (3)
Round18: sc in same st, ch1, skp st, sc in next st,
turn.
Round19: sc in
same st, sc in next ch-sp, sc in next st, turn.

Fasten off.
Make button strap for
left sandal:
Work: working from right to left.
Round1: join
yarn into 5th row of the back side flap from the right, ch1, sc in

These little sandals are so cute! I’m making them right now. I was wondering if you could tell me how long the straps should be? I’m using a 3.5 hook and probably different yarn. I have tons and tons of yarn that I would rather use up than go buy more. Lol I’m sure you can relate. Thank you so much for sharing your pattern, I appreciate it so much😀
