Instructions: project of today topic is crocheting Round Neck Sweater
Round Neck Girls 12-24months. We mention about all sizes in my pattern if you want to like it, I hope you can easily to change the size, we are going to use 4 DK Weight yarn with 4 mm (G) hook for the pattern. Number of chains and Crochet Hook changing for Sizes
Gauge : 4 dc stitches x 2 Rows= 1 inch
0-3 months chains 44, hook size 3.5mm (E) 4 Ply Dk Weight Yarn
3-6 months chains 48 hook size 3.5mm (E) 4 ply Dk Weight Yarn
6-12 months chains 48, hook size 4mm(G)
12-24 months chains 52,
3-4 Years chains 56, hook size 4mm(G)
5-8 Years chains 60 , hook size 4mm(G)
Toddler size 10-12 years: 64 hook size 4mm(G)

Size: Baby Toddler size 12-24 moths
Gauge : 4 dc stitches x 2 Rows= 1 inch
Length from shoulder- 14 inches
Chest size- 24 inches

Make Sweater Front:
Color A:
Make chains 52,
Round1- dc into 4th ch from the hook, ch3 count, makes 1 dc in each ch across to end,
Turn work. (50)
Round2-ch3 we count dc, make 1 dc into back loop in each st across to end, turn work.(50)
Round3- ch3 count dc, makes 1 dc into back loop in each next 29 sts, change next color B, make
1 dc into back loop in each St across to end, turn work.(50)
Round3- Repeat Round 2.
Round4- ch3 count dc, make 1 dc into back loop in each next 17 sts, then change color C, make 1 dc
Into back loop in each St across to end, turn work. (50)
Round5-24 : do and follow the same work as we done in Round2,
Changing colors after make 1 and half row in middle places as you want to add next color.
Continue and change colors in different rounds in different places as you want to add.
Measurement Approx.: 24 Rounds = 12 and ½ inches/ 32 cm
Make Neck line shape:
Round25- ( 1st shoulder)ch3 we count dc, make 1 dc into back loop in each next 12 sts, make
chains 24 for Neck line, skip 24 sts, then make 1 dc into back loop in each next 13 sts
for 2nd shoulder, turn work. Don’t stop Continue and follow the same work or back side
as we done front of sweater.
Make Sweater Back :
Round1- ch3 count dc, make 1 dc into back loop in each next 12 sts of shoulder, then make
1 dc in each next 24 chains of neck line, then continue make 1 dc into back loop in each next
13 sts 2nd shoulder, turn work.(50)
Round2- ch3 we count dc, make 1 dc into back loop in each st across to end, turn work.(50)
Round3-24 : do and follow the same work as we done in Round2,
Changing colors after make 1 and half row in middle places as we done front of sweater.
Follow and continue the same work as we done for front of sweater.
Measurement Approx.: from neck line 24 Rounds = 12 and ½ inches/ 32 cm.
Sewing: fold sweater right side facing together and sew sides of sweater into wrong side of
Sweater, from neck line measure 5 inches/13 cm leave for sleeves opening, then start sewing
Next st, use whip st for sewing sides of sweater, sew to end of border.
Make sleeves x 2:
Change color:
Round1: Right side facing out of sweater and start to make sleeves into opening, join yarn into
Under arm middle st, ch3 count dc, make 1 dc into edging of sleeve opening around, do slip st
To join into 3rd ch. turn work. (40 dc)
Round2- ch3 count dc, make 1 dc into back loop in each 38 sts, make 2dc together 1 time,
do slip st to join into 3rd ch. Turn work. (39 dc)
Round3- Repeat and follow Round2 of sleeve.(38 dc)
Round4- Repeat and follow Round2 of sleeve.(37 dc)
Round5- Repeat and follow Round2 of sleeve.(36 dc)
Round6- Repeat and follow Round2 of sleeve.(35 dc)
Round7- Repeat and follow Round2 of sleeve.(34 dc)
Round8- Repeat and follow Round2 of sleeve.(33 dc)
Round9- Repeat and follow Round2 of sleeve.(32 dc)
Round10- ch3 we count dc, make 1 dc into back loop in each st around, do slip st to join
