Instructions:  We made this crochet baby sweater for 1 year. We are adding two of the colors in this sweater, you also add more colors in your own choice. We used Dk Weight 4 yarn with 4mm(G/6)  crochet hook for this pullover round neck sweater. Size of the length we mention below in the description. This baby elegant sweater with sleeves is crocheted form the border bottom to top, we add moss stitch at front of sweater, it’s very easy to start used a simple half double crochet. we mention below about all sizes,  if you need a smaller size so, you can follow my crochet ideas we mention below. We added a beautiful my favorite pattern at front, explain in details hope you will like it.

3-6 months chains 47, hook size 4mm (G) 4 Ply Dk  Weight Yarn

6-12 months chains 49 hook size 4mm (G) 4 Ply Dk  Weight Yarn

 12-24 months chains 53, hook size 4mm (G) 4 Ply Dk  Weight Yarn

 2-3 Years chains 57 hook size 4mm (G) 4 Ply Dk  Weight Yarn

Item to be need:

wool: DK Weight Acrylic 4 ply yarn (4dc X 2 Rows = 1 inch)

Crochet hook size 4mm (G)

 Size:      6-12 months Baby Boys/Girls

Gauge:  4 dc x 2 rows = 1 inch

 Pattern for gauge:  

chest size: 23 inches

length from shoulder to border: 13 inches

Sleeves 9 and 1/2 inches

 Special stitch:

1.       1-Do stitch marker for neck line making

2.       2-Ch1 don't count

3.       3-Check out the size of beginning 1st round of hdc.

     New Baby pullover Round Neck Crochet Sweater:

Sweater back:

Make chains 49 for 6-12 months;

Round1- hdc into 3^rd ch, make 1 hdc in each ch across to end, turn work. (48 hdc)

Change color B:

Round2- 3- ch1 not count, make hdc into same st, make 1 hdc in each st across to end,

Turn work. (48 hdc)

Change color A:

Round4-5: do and follow the same work as we done in Round 2.

 Round 6-22- do and follow the same work as we done in Round 2, Turn work and 

changing color after complete 2 Rounds.

Measurement-  19 cm.

Make arm shape:

Round23- skip 4 sts for shoulder, do sl st in each next 3 sts, make 1 hdc into next st, 

make 1 hdc In each st across to end, leave /skip 4 sts un-work and turn work. (40 hdc)

Change color A:

Round 24- ch1 not count, make hdc into same st, make 1 hdc in each st across to end,

Turn work. (40 hdc)

Round25-35- do and follow the same work as we done in Round 24, Turn work and 

changing color after complete 2 Rounds. Fasten off

(Measurement of shoulder back 4 and ½ inches)

Sweater Front:

Make chains 49 for 6-12 months;

Round1- hdc into 3^rd ch, make 1 hdc in each ch across to end, turn work. (48 hdc)

Round2-ch1 not count, make hdc into same st, *1dc into next st, slip st into next st*,

Repeat from * to * across to end, make 1 hdc into last st, turn work. (48 sts)

Round3- ch1 not count, make hdc into same st,* skip slip st, make 2 hdc into dc st*,

 repeat From * to * across to end, make 1 hdc into last st, turn work. (48 hdc)

Round4-22- do and follow the same work as we done in Round 2 and Round 3.

Measurement  front from 1-22 Rounds = 7inches.

Change color B:

Round23- ch1 not count, make hdc into same st,* skip slip st, make 2 hdc into dc st*,

 repeat From * to * across to end, make 1 hdc into last st, turn work. (48 hdc)

Round24- ch1 not count, make hdc into same st, *1dc into next st, slip st into next st*,

Repeat from * to * across to end, make 1 hdc into last st, turn work. (48 sts)

Measurement-  19 cm.

Make arm shape:

Round1- do sl st in each next 3 sts, make 1 hdc into next dc, * skip next slip st, 2hdc into

Next dc st*, repeat from * to * across to end, at the end last 5 sts, make 1 hdc into next dc 

st, Leave /skip 4 sts un-work, turn work.(40 hdc)

Round2- ch1 not count, make hdc into same st, *1dc into next st, slip st into next st*,

Repeat from * to * across to end, make 1 hdc into last st, turn work. (40 sts)

Round3- ch1 not count, make hdc into same st,* skip slip st, make 2 hdc into dc st*,

Make Left shoulder and neck line:

Round6- do sl st in each 2 sts, *dc into next st, slip st into next st*, repeat from * to *7 

times, Make 1 hdc into last st, turn work.

From * to * 7 times,(15 hdc)

Round1- count Skip 7 sts form left front, join yarn into next dc st, ch1 not count, 2 hdc

Into last st, turn work. (17 hdc)

Round2- ch1 not count, make hdc into same st, *dc into next st, slip st into next st*, repeat

from * to *7 times, turn work.

Round3- *skip slip st, 2hdc into dc st*, repeat from * to * 7 times, hdc into last st,

Turn work. (15 hdc)

Round4- ch1 not count, make hdc into same st, *dc into next st, slip st into next st*, repeat

from * to *6 times, hdc into last st, turn work.

Round5- skip 1^st st, 1 hdc into next dc*skip slip st, 2hdc into dc st*, repeat from * to *5 times,

Work. Hold right side facing together front and back 12 stitches, do sl st to join in each st

Make sleeves:

Make chains 29.

Round1- hdc into 3^rd ch, make 1 hdc in each ch across to end, turn work. (28 hdc)

Change color B:

Round2- 3- ch1 not count, make hdc into same st, make 1 hdc in each st across to end,

Turn work. (28 hdc)

Change color A:

Round4: - ch1 not count, make hdc into same st, make 1 hdc in each st across to end,

Turn work.(28)

Round5: ch1 not count, make 2 hdc into same st, make 1 hdc in each st across to end,

2hdc into last st, turn work. (30)

Change color B.

Round6-27: do and follow the same work as we done in sleeve (Round2, Round3, 

Round4, and Round5)

Changing color after make 2 rounds.

Measurement of sleeve:

from shoulder to cuff- 24cm

Shoulder size- 40 stitches= 10 inches

Cuff size 28 stitches= 7 inches

Sewing: sew sleeves to sweater shoulder, use needle for sewing, use whip stitch for sewing,

Then sew sleeves opening from cuff to shoulder, and then sew side of sweater.

Make neck line band.

Change color B:

Round1- join yarn into shoulder st, ch1, make 1 sc in each st around neck line, do sl st

Into 1 st sc. (60 sc).

Change color A:

Round2- ch1, hdc in each st around neck line, do sl st to join into 1^st hdc. (60)

Round3- ch1, *make front post into next st, back post into next st*, repeat from * to *

Around neck line, do sl st into front post.(60)

Round4- ch1, *make front post into front post and back post into back post*, repeat

From * to * around. Do sl st into front post. Fasten off

Make bottom border band:

Change color A:

Round1- join yarn, ch1, *make front post into next st, back post into next st*, repeat

 from * to *Around neck line, do sl st into front post.(96)

Round2- ch1, *make front post into front post and back post into back post*, repeat

From * to * around. Do sl st into front post. Fasten off
