Item to be need:

Light Weight #3 yarn (5 stitches and 2.5 Rows = 1 inches)

Crochet hook: 3.5mm(E) Hook size

Size: 9-12 months Baby

Gauge: 5 Double crochet stitches x 2.5 Rows = 1 inch

Pattern for gauge:

Length headband = 12-13 inches/ 32-34cm

US Terms Abbreviation

· C crochet

· Ch chains

· Sc single crochet

· Hdc half double crochet

· Dc double crochet

· Sts stitches

· St stitch

· Sl st slip stitch

· Fp dc front post double crochet

· Bp dc back post double crochet

Crochet Baby Headband 9-12 months size:

Color B:

Make chains 10,

Row 1- dc into 4ch ch from the hook, dc in each ch across, turn work. (8 dc)

Row2- ch2 don’t count, make dc in each 8 sts across, turn work. (8 dc)

Row 3- 30: Repeat and follow the same work we have done in Row 2 of band.

Measurement approx. 12-13 inches/ 32-34 cm

Sew and close the band into wrong side, fold and join the band, make slip stitch both

Make flower:

Main color:

Make chains 4, slip st into 1^st ch to join and make a small ring,

Now working into circle/ring.

Row1- ch1 don’t count, make hdc 12 into ring, slip st to join into 1^st hdc. (12 hdc)

Row2- *ch2, skip next st, slip st into next st*, repeat from * to * around, slip st into

1^st ch to join the round, make slip st into next ch2- space. (We have 6 chain-spaces)

Row 3-*into ch2-space make chains 2, 6 dc, ch2 slip st into same space*, repeat from * to *

In each ch2- spaces around. Slip st. (6 petals)

Change color B:

Row 4- join yarn into top of 2^nd ch, make ch1 not count, *back post dc in each next 3 dc sts,

Ch2, back post dc into next 3 dc sts*, repeat from * to * around in each petals, slip st. (6 petals)

Change main color:

Row 5- join yarn into middle of 2 petals, ch1 not count, make sc into same space, *make

Shell into next ch2-space (4dc, ch2, 4dc), make 1 sc into next middle space of 2 petals*,

Repeat from * to * around, slip st into sc st to finish the flower.

Finishing: sew pearls into middle of flower then sew the flower on headband.
