Crochet Beautiful Hat/ Easy Crochet Spiral Stitch Hat include more Sizes

Hello! I have a beautiful hat with full baby set 1-2 years baby girls.We are making today a simple Beanie with Round neck full sleeves sweater & dress pattern for girls.in the project we told about more sizes for pattern spril hat boys or girls. We are making size for the 1-2 years old. for project we use  we use #4 Medium Wight/DK weight 4ply yarn with hook size 4mm G-6.

changing for Sizes: you can be use smaller or larger hook to change for other sizes.

please notice: that important thing of measurement for ribbing band of beanie before starting, 

you can use any of wool and any of hook size. but we mention about little measurement for the sizes.

0-3 Months:  chains 60 Medium Weight #4 Yarn with hook size 4 mm/G-6

6-12 Months: chains 64 Medium Weight #4 Yarn with hook size 4mm/ G-6

12-24 Months: chains 68 Medium Weight #4 Yarn with hook size 4mm/ G-6

Toddler & Small Child size : 

1- Child 3- 5 years: chains 68 Medium Weight #4 Yarn with hook size 5mm/ H-8

2- Child 6-8 years: chains 72 Medium Weight #4 Yarn with hook size 5mm/ H-8

Height of Hat size chart:

Adult Large:     9 – 9.5 inches

Adult Medium:  8 – 9 inches

Adult Small:      8 – 8.5 inches

Child:                7.5 – 8 inches

Toddler:            7.25 – 7 inches

12-24 months:  6.5 – 7.25 inches

6- 12 months:   6.25 – 6.5 inches

3-6 months:      6 – 6.25 inches

Item to be need:

wool: 80 Grams Color Red 

(#4 Medium Weight/DK Weigt 4ply yarn (16-20 = 4 inches)

Crochet hook: hook size 4mm/G-6

Beane Hat Size:     1-2 years Boys & Girls

Gauge:  4 double crochet stitches x 2 Rows = 1 inch

Length from top to bottom : 7-7.5 inches / 18-19 cm

circumference hat - 16-18 inches/ 42-43 cm

US TERMS ABBREVIATIONS:

c.         crochet

Front Post double crochet

Back post double crochet

Make Ribbing Band:

Make chains 68, do slip st to join first ch, be care full don’t twist the chains.

Round1- ch2 don’t count, make dc in each st around, do slip st first dc. (dc 68)

Round2- ch1 don’t count, *make front post dc next dc, back post dc next dc*,

Repeat from * to * around, do slip st first dc. (68)

Round3- ch1 don’t count, *make front post into front post dc, back post next back post*,

Repeat from * to * around, do slip st first dc. (68)

Start Body of Hat:

Round1- ch1 don’t count, make front post into first front post, *make 3 dc into middle space of

Front post and back post, * skip next 3 sts, make front post around next front post*, repeat 

from * to * around, do slip st into first front post dc. (68 sts)

Round2- ch1 don’t count, *make front post into front post dc, make 3 dc into middle space

Of same front post dc and next dc, skip next 3 dc sts*, repeat from * to * around, 

do slip st to join into beginning front post dc. (68 sts)

Round4- 11: Repeat and follow Round 2 of hat.

measuerment include ribbing-  6 inches/ 15 cm

now start decreasing of hat top part.

Round12- ch1 don’t count, *make front post into front post dc, make 2 dc into middle space

Of same front post dc and next dc, skip next 3 dc sts*, repeat from * to * around, 

do slip st to join into beginning front post dc.

Round13- ch1 don’t count, *make front post into front post dc, make1 dc into middle space

Of same front post dc and next dc, skip next 2 dc sts*, repeat from * to * around, 

do slip st to join into beginning front post dc.

Round14- ch1 don’t count, *make front post into front post dc,* skip next dc, 

make front post into next front post dc*, repeat from * to * around, 

do slip st to join into beginning front post dc.

Round15- ch1 dont count, * make front post 2 together, make 1 front post into next 

front post*,repeat from * to * around, do slip st to join into beginning front post dc.

Fasten off and close the opening of hat. sew a pom pom in white color on top of hat.
