I am working beautiful hat and sweater to the same pattern, I think all of you my friends you will be like the items, i wish you also try to make it.

Item to be need:

Brown color A worsted yarn 4ply( 16-20 stitches = 4 inches

Skin color B worsted yarn 4ply( 16-20 stitches = 4 inches

 Crochet needle

 2 Buttons

Hook size. 4mm  G/6

Special stitch:   Double crochet 

Size: Baby size 12-24 moths 

Gauge : 4 stitches x 2 Rows= 1 inch

circumference of hat (60 DC stitches =16-17 inches 40-44 cm.

Hat Hight from top to bottom-7 inches/18cm 

US TERM ABBREVIATIONS:

c.         crochet

ch.       Chain

sc         single crochet

hdc      half double crochet

dc.       double crochet

sts.       Stitches

st.        stitch

sl st.      Slip stitch

 Start the Baby Bear Hat Pattern 1-2 years:

chains 3 we count 1st dc .

Chains 5, do slip stitch into 1^st chain to make a small circle.

Round1. Ch3 we count 1^st dc, make 11 dc into circle, sl st to join into 3^rd ch.(12)

Round2. Ch3, 1dc into same st, 2 dc in each st around, s l st to join into 3^rd ch.(24)

Round3. Ch3,* 2 dc into next st, 1dc into next st*, repeat from * to * around,

Do sl st to join into 3dc ch.(36)

Round4. Ch3, 1dc into next st, *2 dc into next st, 1 dc in each next 2 sts*, repeat

From * to * around, do sl st to join into 3^rd ch.(48)

Round5.  Ch3, 1dc in each next 2 sts *2 dc into next st, 1 dc in each next 3 sts*, repeat

From * to * around, do sl st to join into 3^rd ch.(60)

Round6. Ch3, make 1 dc in each st around, do sl st to join into 3^rd ch.(60)

Round7-11. Repeat and follow the same work as we done in Round6.

Measurement of hat 11 Rounds length =6 inches/15cm

Make Ribbing of Hat:

Round1- ch1 don't count make hdc into same st into 3rd loop, make hdc into 3rd loop 

 in each st around, do sl st to join into 1st st. (60 hdc)

 Round 2-3: ch1 don't count, make hdc into same st into 3rd loop, make hdc into 3rd

 loop  in each st around, do sl st to join into 1st st. (60 hdc). fasten off

Make Applique Bear Ears x 2:

color B:

Row: ch4, do sl st into 1st ch to make small circle.

Row1- ch2 we count hdc, make 9 hdc into same circle, do sl st to join into 2nd ch.

 (10 hdc).

Row2- ch2, hdc into same st, 2 hdc in each next 9 sts around, do sl st to join into 

2nd ch. (20 hdc)

Row3- do sl st in each next 6 sts, then continue *make 2sc into next st, 1 sc into next st*,

 repeat  from * to * across. (21 sc)

change color A:

Row4- do sl st in each next 6 sts as we done in Row 3, then make 1 sc in each 21 sts 

across. fasten off

Sewing: sew both ears to attach the hat, use needle for sewing the 6 slip sts of ear to 

the hat,  from top leave 2 rounds and into round 3 and round 4 sts to sew the ears both 

side of hat like showing in pictures or watch

video tutorial.

Make Applique Bear face:

Make magic circle or chains 5 to connect with 1st chains to make circle.

Row1- ch2 we count dc, make 11 dc into circle, do sl st to join into 2nd ch.(12dc)

Row2- ch2 we count dc, make dc into same st, then continue make 2 dc in each st around,

do sl st to join into 2nd ch. (24dc)

Row3- ch2 we count dc, make dc into same st, then continue make 2 dc in each st around,

do sl st to join into 2nd ch.(48dc). fasten off

Make Snout of Bear Face:

Color white:

Round1- make magic circle, ch2 we count st, make 11 dc into magic circle.(12 dc)

Round2- ch1, make hdc into same st, *1 hdc into next st, 2 hdc into next st*, repeat

From * to * around. fasten off and  leave long tail of yarn for sewing.

Make embroider little Nose:

Color Black:

Work : use needle for making little nose at front of a piece of snout we made,

For help watch video tutorial. Then attach snout at front of bear 1^st part.

sew 2 buttons for eyes  on the right place of bear face. 

or use black color yarn for embordered eyes.

Finishing: sew and attach bear face on the hat front. finish off
