Today we bring and share my new Baby lace top sweater This adorable and stylish design made for little girls 2 years It’s a very special gift for cute and lovely little girls for going spring season. We love and crochet baby items in the whole of the years and also shared in my own video instructions you always come here and watch my tutorial I am glad to see that you appreciated my designs and follow my work.
All my design made for beginner and for those who want to learn baby things in home Thanks so much for all your support and excitement about my previous patterns and videos’ we couldn’t do it without you! I will be adding more special design in this season free crochet pattern originally share in my blog. Hope you will be enjoying my new ideas with simple pattern and share the same videos too.
Instructions: We made this crochet Baby Lace top sweater for 24 months size. We add different colours for the this sweater, you also add more colours in your own choice. We used medium weight/worsted weight yarn and 3.5mm crochet hook for this granny afghan pattern. Size of the length we mention in the below description. This baby sweater with sleeves pattern crocheted form centre of square shape. it’s very easy to start used a simple double crochet, v st and shells. For large size repeat some of the increasing rounds, if you need a smaller size so, you should less the increasing rounds and start the skirt. We add in new and different design in the skirt, for more help watch my video instructions.

Length from neckline: 14 inches

Make Square x2:
Chains 5 , slip stitch into 1st chain to make a
small circle.
Working into circle.
Round1. Ch3 we count 1st dc, make 14 dc into
circle, sl st to join into 3rd ch.(15)
Change colour.
Round2. Ch 4, *1dc into next st, ch1*, repeat from * to *
around, sl st to join into 3rd ch.
Change colour.
Round3. Ch3 we count 1st dc, make *2 dc into next
ch-space, 1dc into next dc*, repeat
From * to * around,
sl st to join into 3rd ch.
Change colour.
Round4. Ch1 not count, 1sc into same st, *make 1st
corner, ch6, skip next 4 sts, 1sc into next st,
ch3, skip next st, Sc into next st, ch3, skip next st, sc
into next st,ch3, skip next st sc into next
st make 2nd corner ch 6*, repeat from * to *
around , sl st to join into 1st sc, sl st into next corner
space.
Working into 1st corner space.
Round5. Ch3 we count 1st dc, 6dc, ch2, 7 dc, *1 sc into next ch-space, make 6 dc into next
ch-space,1 sc into next ch-space, make 7dc, ch2 ,7dc into next corner*,repeat from * to *
around, sl st to join.
Change colour.
Round6. Ch1, sc into same st, ch 5, make corner 1dc, ch2,
1dc into middle of corner space,
Ch5, make 1 sc into next sc st, *ch3, make 1 sc into next 6
dc group middle of st, ch3, 1 sc
Into next sc, make 2nd corner,ch5, 1dc, ch2, 1dc,
ch5, 1 sc into next sc st*, repeat from * to *
around, do Sl st to join into 1st sc.
Round7. Ch3 we count 1st dc, make 1 dc in each
next 5 ch,s, *make corner 3dc, ch2, 3dc into
Middle space of corner, make 1dc into next 5ch,s, 1dc into next sc, 1 dc into next 3
ch,s,
1dc into next sc, 1dc into next 3 ch,s, 1dc into next 5
ch,s, make 2nd corner 3dc, ch2,3dc*,
Repeat from * to * around, do sl st to join into 3rd
ch.
Change colour.
Round8. Join yarn into corner space, make *1 st corner 3dc, ch2,
3dc into same space of corner,
Ch1,skip next 3dc sts, make 3dc into space,ch1, skip next
3sts, 3dc into next space, repeat and
Continue total 7 times the same work to next corner , ch1, make
2nd corner 3dc, ch2, 3dc next
2nd corner space*, repeat from * to * around,ch1,
do sl st to join into 3rd ch, sl st into next 2 st,
Then sl s into corner
space.
Round9. Make 1st corner into same space, ch3 we
count 1st dc, 2dc, ch2, 3dc into same space,
*Ch1, 3dc into next ch-space*, repeat * to * across into 2nd
corner, make 3dc, ch2, 3dc into
2nd corner space, repeat * to * across into 3rd
corner, make 3dc, ch2, 3dc into 3rd corner space,
Repeat * to * across into 4th corner, make 3dc, ch2, 3dc into 4th corner space, repeat * to *
across to end, sl st to join into 3rd ch, sl st into next 2sts, then sl st into corner space.
Change colour.
Round10-11. Do and follow the same work as Round 9.
Change colour.
Round12-13. Do and follow the same work as Round 9. Fasten
off
Finish of the square, measurement of square = 12 inches.
For large size do and follow the same Work as Round 9.
Sew shoulder seems together.
Work. Join yarn into corner ch, ch4, 3dc into next ch-space,
ch1, 3dc into next ch-space, ch1, 3dc
Into next ch-space, ch1, 3dc into next ch-space, ch1, make
1dc into next dc, then continue to join
Shoulder seems together; make 1 slip stitch in each both
stitches together of shoulders.
Do and follow the same work for 2nd shoulder.
Sew sides of sweater.
Work. Do and follow make 1 slip stitch to join both sides of
sweater.
Make ruffle for
the sweater border.
Using different colours for each round for the ruffle of
sweater.
Change colour.
Round1. Join yarn into any ch-space, work ch3 we count 1dc, make 4dc into same space, *ch1,
make 5dc into next ch-space*, repeat from * to * around , sl st to join into 3rd ch. for the ruffle.
Round2-4. Do and follow the same work as round1 of ruffle. Change
colour for each round.
Fasten off
Make sleeves X 2:
Rounnd1. Join yarn into sleeve opening, ch3 we count 1st
dc, make 1dc into same space,
*Ch1, 2dc into next ch-space*, repeat from * to * around the
sleeve opening, do sl st
To join into 3rd ch, sl st into next dc, sl st
into next ch-space.
Round2. Ch3, 1dc into same space, * ch1, 2dc into next
ch-space*, repeat from * to * around,
Do sl st to join into 3rd ch, sl st into next dc,
sl st into next space.
Round3-14. Do and follow the same work as round2.
Change colour.
Round15. Ch3, 2dc into same space, * ch1, 3dc into next
ch-space*, repeat from * to * around,
Do sl st to join into 3rd ch, sl st into next 2 dc
sts, sl st into next space.
Round16-17.follow the same work as round 15. Fasten off
